Amber Ivey “AI” is a data professional currently serving as Vice President at a non-profit organization, where she directs teams that assist governments in improving outcomes for residents. She has previously worked at the Bloomberg Philanthropies Center for Government Excellence at Johns Hopkins University and The Pew Charitable Trust, focusing on utilizing data to optimize decision-making and enhance service delivery. Prior to that, she applied her data-driven insights at Maryland StateStat, a government performance improvement tool driven by goals and data.

Her commitment to educating a wider audience on data, technology, public policy, and law inspired her to develop and host the “AI Decodes the System” podcast and write the children’s book “AI… Meets… AI.” Additionally, as one of the official voices of C.L.Ai.R.A., the first AI woman of color, she demonstrates her dedication to education and representation in the technology sector. Amber is also a co-founder of AuraSense Tech Corporation, a company that leverages AI and Digital Haptics to develop a remote, non-invasive physical examination platform, aiming to bring “Touch to Telemedicine.”
